About the Role:
We’re hiring a Work Preparation Engineer for a well-established civil engineering firm in Munich, specialising in bridge projects. This role involves preparing, planning, and coordinating construction activities for infrastructure projects located throughout Munich and Southern Bavaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed work plans and preparation documents for bridge projects

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure readiness

  • Monitor planning processes and optimize resource use

  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in work preparation or similar roles within civil engineering

  • Strong background in bridge or infrastructure projects

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich

  • Fluency in German is required (C1 Level)
